The Swapshop

The Swapshop is a fashion pioneer based in The Netherlands that’s working to push the circular economy forward and build a community of conscious individuals who renew their wardrobes sustainably.

Together with The Swapshop, we worked on “The High Hopes” campaign to launch their innovative product, “The Puffer”, the first product of the future circular product line made of their own textile waste.

With this campaign, we showcased their vision for a waste-free fashion future and their pioneering path to circularity in collaboration with their partners.

The High Hopes campaign, in collaboration with The Swapshop, was designed to inspire everyone—from consumers to industry experts—to contribute to the circular textile movement. Working with various industry partners, The Swapshop established the first circular clothing chain in the Netherlands.

We produced a documentary showcasing the creation of this circular, local textile chain and premiered it at an event to share valuable insights with stakeholders. Our PR strategy ensured that The Swapshop’s story and mission resonated far beyond their dedicated community of swappers.

Campaign results

The High Hopes campaign extended well beyond its initial audience, securing five publications within the first week of the documentary’s launch. However, the true impact of this campaign transcends numbers. The documentary also inspired numerous young creatives and entrepreneurs to contribute to a more circular industry.

MUMSTER needed very few words to understand exactly the result we were looking for. The result was better than expected! The documentary showed our personalities, hopes, dreams and ways of working so well!
