Building the movement behind a better fashion industry
Drawing on ten years of experience working with more than 200 pioneers across fashion and textiles, we built a platform that brings together innovators, brands, policymakers, investors, experts and consumers around one shared ambition: accelerating the transition towards a better fashion system.

From an awards show to an industry movement
Mumster developed the award framework in collaboration with some of the industry’s most respected partners including the Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute, Fashion for Good, Fair Wear Foundation and the Ellen Macarthur Foundation.
For the first edition, we launched an open call, selected 20 nominees across four categories, and activated our network of brands, experts, investors and policymakers around them.
More than 5,000 people casted their vote, while over 30 ecosystem partners helped turn visibility into tangible opportunities, from introductions and funding to expertise and new collaborations.

New impact collaborations
The first edition attracted more than 100 applicants, generated over 1 million media impressions and unlocked €85K+ in value for the winners. It also sparked two new collaborations between HUGO BOSS and ZEEMAN and their respective award winners.
More importantly, the FPA connected emerging innovators with the brands, expertise, funding and opportunities needed to move from promising ideas to real-world impact.
